Note: You will need a ZIP/Unzip utility to unpack the download files. If you don't have a ZIP utility on your computer already, you can find one here. For Windows - WinZip, for Apple/MAC - Stuffit - Expander.

To view PDF documents, you will need a PDF viewer. If you don't have a PDF reader (most common is Adobe Reader), you can download the Adobe PDF Reader here (both Windows and Apple/Mac)

To watch the videos, you will need a suitable media player that can play either ".MOV" Quicktime videos, or ".MP4" MPEG-4 format. Most likely, you already have a suitable video player already installed on your computer. On Windows, the standard Windows Media Player that comes with Windows will play both "MOV" and "MP4" formatted videos. For Apple/MAC, download the "MOV" formatted videos above and view with the standard Quicktime player that comes with your computer.
